Where can I purchase DI Products?

DI products may be purchased at retail locations throughout the United States and Canada or through online retailers. If you are having trouble locating a product locally please call us at 866-425-5767.

How long will delivery take?

We ship Monday through Friday. Shipping times depend on the shipping method. Most UPS ground orders take 5-7 days for delivery. Visit our shipping section for more information.

How secure is shopping on your website? Is my data protected?

Our site has SSL enabled and our checkout process is secure. We use Paypal’s checkout service for all of our transactions. Paypal is the leader in online payment processing and their checkout process is encrypted.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order is placed and payment is processed you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our warehouse will begin assembling your order for shipping and you’ll receive a second email once the order has shipped.
