An excellent product! The Fans are quiet, and move a decent volume of air past the underside of my laptop. The design is space efficient and well laid out, with the three USB ports well spaced to accommodate three USB plugs without fighting for space.
Now, the cons. The two slide out covers, when slid out to allow the fans to operate, feel unsupported and flimsy. Neither panel feels like it locks in place, and the top panel has a tendency to slide shut and block off the USB ports.
Now for the puzzling part. My laptop chiller tray came with two white plastic plugs in a small plastic bag. There is no explanation for what they're for, or where they go. For all I know, they could be a strange alien life-form that has taken refuge in the box of my laptop chiller tray, and now they're waiting for me to fall asleep before replacing me with a white, plastic clone with no instructions or apparent use.
