I've tried your SkipDr. Classic and I am very excited. I have a copy of XP Professional that was severely scratched by an older DVD burner. I tried a cheaper repair kit of OptiFix and was extremely disappointed. Even after 20 times through the repair process didn't help.
I used your product on the disc for 6 revolutions and it repaired my disc perfectly. I always recommend this product because I have heard good reviews, but now I am giving great reviews where I work (Wal-Mart) because I used it first hand.
Thanks again for producing a product that really stands by it's claim.

You must read the instructions and have patience. I have a son with special need that will NOT keep the dvd in a safe case he stacks them and carries them around. I got this one after reading reviews and yes it works. Out of 32 only 2 have to go in to be resurfaced. And yes you may have to run it through more than once. I have to order more wheels for it but it is well worth the money!!! VERY PLEASED.!!

I just purchased the SkipDr Classic.......I can't believe the results....it paid for itself w/ my first 2 CDs that had some bad interaction with sand (don't ask...)
I just wanted to compliment you on a great low-tech design and love how the cloths and spray fit inside the unit!

After reading reviews and I also read reviews on other models and makes. Most of them said it just ruined discs except for this one, well some, but like one guy said. Read the Instructions. I tried this unit and was surprised, my kids had PS2 game and DVD's that didn't read. I attempted to repair PS2 games, even the blue PS2 discs and DVD's. Out of the 10 that I attempted, 7 of them worked on the first try on the unit. 3 of them took several tries but they all worked. It's was worth the money I payed. 39.00 in Canada. Repaired 8 games and 2 movies, got my money back already. Good Job.

I was able to fix my Wii Fit dvd that the kids scratched! We also fixed a ps2 game. I am so relieved.

I bought this to try to fix some of my child’s scratched up DVDs. It works well, but you might have to run a DVD through multiple times. Example: DVD that had a place where it skipped/got stuck towards the end. First run through, the DVD was terrible. YOu couldn’t even watch any of it. I came very close to writing a terrible review. I ran it through a second time and the DVD was returned to its original condidtion without the skip being fixed at all. I ran it through a third time and the skip was almost completely fixed. Slight mess up in the audio and a few weird pixels on the screen. So, I ran it through again and I think its completely fixed.
